Season 4 premiered last Sunday September 27, 2009. The season starts six months after the Season 3 finale. Our lovable serial killer Dexter is now living the suburban life - a wife, three kids (Cody, Astor and now baby Harrison) and a new home. This is an American dream - but kinda a nightmare for a person like Dexter. With all that’s going on at home and at work, he finds little time for his dark passenger.
Because of his lack of sleep he brought the wrong documents to court and lead to a murder walking free. This didn’t go well with Det. Quinn and now he’s on Dexter’s case all the time!
Agent Lundy is now back in action, although he’s retired. Since he now has some time to spare, he’s after this one case that “got away.” He’s after the “Trinity Killer.” In the episode, we see the Trinity Killer take his first victim. He seems like a formidable foe for Dexter.
The episode ends with a really big cliffhanger - after Dexter commits a kill, he crashes his car after falling asleep. Wow! Can’t wait for next week!
